Seasons - Wintertime
The harvest of olives had already started. Mostly the roads are empty. Only overloaded tractors passing and you nearly can’t see them in the twilight because the most of them has broken rear lights. Drive with more attention.
Power saws are screaming every evening from somewhere - cutting the daily wood for the open fire in the homes. Loneliness comes around and so the people come closer together. Every meeting will be used for a small talk about the weather, will it change or will it rain - or the fear about too less water for next summer because it still haven’t rain enough. Sometimes you be invited to sit together in front of the open fire talking and listening stories from summer, drinking a glass of Tsikoudja while outside rage a thunderbird and every dog has stop barking already.
